Look what the lovely Modflowers has made already with one of the pieces of fabric I gave her in our fabric swap - she only got that lovely big flower in the post yesterday! I love how she's combined it with the other fabrics to look like a landscape with the sun setting behind a field of flowers.
Pop over to her blog to see more, she's a very talented maker with a fabric stash to rival mine.
Hope you're having a nice relaxing Sunday, I've just been for a potter around our local monthly Vintage & Flea Market, I was very restrained this time! I only bought one little bit of fabric for the grand sum of 2 whole English pounds. If I get a chance I'll take a photo of it later to share with you another day.
Thanks for stopping by,
Rachel x
Ooo this is gorgeous, I love it! Flea Market sounds good, that was very restrained of you! I was thinking about your good idea of taking a camera when I was out thrifting yesterday - maybe then I wouldnt want to buy everything I love! Ha! Hope you have a great week x x
ReplyDeleteIsn't it lovely? I hope everyone's checked out her blog, she makes such pretty things. I took my camera today, and was glad - I'm sure it helped me to resist the urge to buy stuff I don't need! You have a great week too. xx
DeleteOh this cushion is gorgeous! Well done for being restrained.. it must have been hard! ;-) xx
ReplyDeleteDid you go Lou? It was really busy this month, lots of good stuff there but nothing that made my knees tremble, which was good for my bank balance! xx
DeleteWow, I love that cushion. Will check out modflower's blog now.
ReplyDeleteThanks for popping in Mama Sunshine! Nice to have you here :)
DeleteLOVE LOVE the new blog header! It is fab- and the cushion is great, Jo x
ReplyDeleteThanks Jo, it's good to have a change once in a while - about time I took some new rainbow stash photos anyway, got some new treasures to include! x
