  8. Just lovely! How old is your youngest boy? Mine is 2 1/2 and I am wondering whether to start taking him for little walks when we go to the Peak District later this month.

    1. Hi love, he is 3 next month, and although the Tor is very steep he enjoyed walking up it, he did ask to be carried at one point but we just slowed down a bit - he jumped down every step on the way back down! I'd say go for it, just be prepared to go at his pace - it's great fun taking them on adventures! x

  11. That is a delicious photograph you have there - there is something poignant and uplifting about seeing your children from behind (does that make any sense!!!). Maybe it is to do with them walking away...oh dear now I have come over all melancholic!

    Best wishes

    1. Thank you Jenny, I know exactly what you mean - it is bittersweet to watch them growing away from us, spreading their wings and going out to explore the world. And I love the way Rufus's body language echoes M<ax's - he adores him so much, total hero worship! Lots of love to you! Rachel x
