What day is it and what's going on?! This week I feel like I'm running
to stand still - I love my life and it is full of lovely people and nice
stuff to do, but it's a bit like my house - there just isn't enough
time or space for it all! Ah well, must remember to just stop and
breathe and enjoy the sunshine....
Everything I do is my choice, none of it is being imposed upon me by someone else (apart from my children and their constant needs for snacks, stories, nappy changes, being taken to or picked up from school etc - and I chose to have them and love them more than anything!), so I am very lucky. I am going to stop moaning and go and get on with it all!
Hope you have a lovely day and manage to find time to breathe!
Rachel x
Life can get so busy, I am always chasing my tail.. I always take time out to have a swim in the mornings it does me the world of good. Hope you have time to relax soon.

I can't even imagine your life Tanya - you have 4 kids!? And a successful business! You're an inspiration. x
DeleteWhat happened? You seemed fine when I left you this morning? Thanks for our lovely chat... you made me feel so much better...as always! xx
ReplyDeleteNothing in particular happened, the day just ran away from me - my problem is I fill my days with too much fun stuff like meeting up with lovely friends like you, and then realise I'm not keeping on top of all the boring house stuff. I'm totally fine and happy, just got lots to do this week; hurrah for the Easter holidays! Glad I helped you feel better, hope your cold goes away soon. xx
DeleteHope you are getting some relaxation this evening...by the way I haven't forgotten about the sunshine award - work is mad - will catch up in the holidays - soon yay!
ReplyDeleteHello love, yes managing a bit of down time this evening, supposed to be making a lampshade for a friend's birthday present but have stopped half way through, will finish it tomorrow. Don't worry about the award, do it if and when the mood takes you - you've got 4 kids and a job for goodness sake, you're amazing! Yay indeed to the holidays, hope you have a lovely time. x
DeleteHi Rachel- I am always having days like that. Sometimes its good just to take a minute and breathe. Have a good rest of the week, Jo x
ReplyDeleteThanks Jo, I know I'm not the only one who finds it all a bit hectic sometimes! I think it's a bit worse this week cause all I want to do is play in the sunshine with my boys, but there's always something less fun but more urgent that I should be doing! Hope you are having a good week. xx
DeleteI forgot to say - gorgeous blossom!!! see you tomorrow xx
ReplyDeletethank you honey! love your blossom pic too, such a beautiful tree! x
DeleteHope you're having a relaxing day! I'm trying....
ReplyDeleteWhy thank you Mrs B, I have slowed down a bit and am feeling all the better for it!
DeleteGoodness, I know just how you feel. There just aren't enough hours in the day. My solution is to ignore the housework: it will wait and life won't...
ReplyDeletereckon you've got the right idea there! unfortunately my house is pretty small so it doesn't take long to feel like we've run out of surfaces/floor space on which to cook, play, do homework...but you're right, life won't wait!
